In 1998 Linda worked as a Women's Wellness Educator for Nii Mii Puu Health of the Nez Perce Tribe.

She facilitated the organic Beautification Project as part of a horticulture therapy project for the drug and alcohol center. Members learned how to plant, grow, harvest, and prepare herbal teas, botanical oils, and salves under Linda's guidance.
