What's new in the garden: The intense summer heat has made the garden grow quickly this year with many flowers blooming just for a week. The roses and calendula are still continuously blooming. It is wonderfully relaxing to watch the many bees and butterflies amongst the lavender and lemon balm. The yellow finches are here now enjoying the sunflowers.

What's new in classes and events: I recently returned from a Sound Healer Training with Tom Kenyon and Judy Sion. This  powerful event was attended by people from all over the world and was truly a blessing in my life. I am now incorporating sound healing in my energy healing sessions when appropriate. My first Sound Healing group event will be on Friday night September 21 at 6:00 at Idler's rest in Moscow Idaho. We will be toning for ourselves, the trees, and the world. I will be offering Aura and Chakra Classes at the Celtic Moon in Coeur d' elene Idaho this year starting September 30. I also plan herb classes in Moscow on Thursday nights beginning September 20. If you have not had a chance to take a class yet, save your space by pre-registering today.

October 14 I will be in Jackson Hole WY presenting a lecture at the Teton Wellness Festival about Herbs for the Aura and Chakras. I have updated workbooks for the first 2 levels of my Psychic Self Care Educational Series. Companion meditation CD's are also available for those who cannot make it to my classes and those previous students who want to continue practicing these time tested techniques at home. 

My vision for the meditation "Launch Pad" first came to me 10 years ago. At that time my students and I experimented with this design's ability to shift consciousness. As humankind are opening their hearts and minds more each day, was more are now ready for the potential of the "Launch Pad" to assist in cellular transformation as well as interdimensionally Ascension. I recently watched the movie The Last Mimzy which confirmed our findings.
