About Dr. Linda Kingsbury

Dr. Kingsbury graduated with her doctorate in Holistic Nutrition focusing on Phytochemicals for Menopausal Woman. She has worked in the field of Holistic Nutrition since 1979 when she worked as a Nutrition Assistant for Jack La Lane's Health Club in Upland, California. She has gardened since childhood and refines her herbal medicine skills by growing and harvesting herbs in the Moscow Idaho area.

With a focus on Herbal Medicine and stress management she brings over 30 years to her practice. Each session is customized for your needs with medical intuition and kinesiology muscle testing. She can help you choose herbs  for stress management, women's health issues, emotional balance, connecting to your guides, and spiritual development.

Since 1985 she has formulated and blended organic herbal products. In her private consultation practice, she offers her clients custom made herbal teas, tinctures, essential oils, and flower essences. She also blends custom products from her herbal dispensary for local Health Care Practitioners.

As well as being a guest speaker on Seattle's KIRO radio and Kona Hawaii's KUOI, Dr. Kingsbury hosted “Ask the Herbalist” radio program on local Moscow radio station KRFP.

Dr. Kingsbury has written articles for the national publications of Shape Magazine, Body, Mind, Spirit, Reflections Magazine, and Planetary Citizen magazines.

Dr. Kingsbury is a guest lecturer at Washington State University. She conducts workshops and lectures nationwide including Teton Wellness Festival, Sun Valley Wellness Festival, Albuquerque, Portland, and Los Angeles Whole Life Expos.  Her joy and love of plants is shared in all her classes including her summertime edible and medical plant walks. She has led herb walks in Idaho; including  Robinson State Park in Moscow, St. Gertrude's Monastery in Cottonwood, Kinnikinnick Native Plant Society gardens in Sandpoint, Virgil Phillips Farm in Viola, as well as leading classes in Oregon, Washington, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
