CLEANSE DAY |
CHAKRA ELIXIR # |
JOURNAL NOTES |
|
Day 1 |
1 |
Summer Solstice:
After another powerful long distance Reiki session with Robin Fuerst, I
decided to complete another Herbal Chakra Cleanse with the
Chakra Elixirs as a way to honor and acknowledge
my process during this seasonal turning of the wheel into summer. I find that this elixir made with
Dandelion tincture, red peony flower essence, and Idaho garnet gem elixir
helps me to ground and be patient with my process, to allow myself space for
my feelings, thoughts, and actions. |
| Day 2 |
 |
I notice
Dandelion growing around me and make a choice to eat the leaves. I can find
young leaves in the recently tilled garden area. I am thankful for my
Ancestors bringing Dandelion over on the Mayflower. |
| Day 3 |
1 |
I spend time
cleaning my home, caring for my environmental foundation. I notice a direct
connection to this action and to how I feel inside, lighter and freer. |
| Day 4 |
2 |
I am liking
this routine of having a few elixir drops at the beginning and end of my
day. I go outside in the morning to see what is new to bloom.
I am busy with clients and feel full of
life being able to support their
their journeys with creative solutions and channeling from their guides. |
| Day 5 |
2
 |
Traveled to the
Lewiston valley to relax by the confluence of the Clearwater and Snake
rivers in Clarkston WA. The earth feels solid and steady as I watch the
swelling river flow past. We make a spontaneous decision to travel south to
Field Springs State Park where I held the first Temple of Light Clairvoyant
Program Graduation Retreat in 1998. We walk down the old Morning Song trail
where I previously held sacred circle. I sit on the bench where our group
met years before and listen to the Grandmothers. I receive a message for the
next step of my journey at midlife. "This is your life now. It is ok to BE
more than DO." I am amazed at how easy I can walk over this land today, my
hip and leg enjoy a fresh ease of motion as I gaze into the canyons below. I
think of the Nez Perce who lived on this land. I notice lots of wild edible
and medicinal plants growing. We watch the full moon rise over a field of
purple vetch. Ryan takes pictures. As Sasha rests, I get down at her eye
level about 6" off the ground and notice the rich full sensory stimulation
of being at eye level with the plants and bees. Later we stop by the river
to take another picture of the full moon rising. The musty smell of the
Snake river near Asotin and the warm summer breeze is comforting. I am
happy. |
| Day 6 |
2 |
Full moon. I
express my creativity through drumming and prayers in a celebration with my
Star Garden friend Maria Maggi. We send healing intentions to the Gulf
crisis, the ocean, ad listen to messages from the dolphins. We draw runes
and I receive Ingwaz, the Earth God. |
| Day 7 |
3 |
I feel the
soothing marshmallow immediately supporting a gentle surrendering into he
present moment. I love all these reminders to stay connected to my physical
body and the earth. Learning to BE and stay connected to my whole process. |
| Day 8 |
3 |
I notice the
sweet scent of Valerian blooming in my front garden. I recognize a new
sunflower growing in the garden. I am more conscious of the calmness of
surrendering and going with the flow balanced with an intention to be take
action on the creative ideas that arise. |
| Day 9 |
3 |
I
instinctively wear yellow clothes (color for the 3rd chakra). After lunch I
spend time doing a Reiki Self Healing Session outside in the sun. I allow
the sun to penetrate my cells and warm my solar plexus directly on bare
skin. I AM ready to receive. I am moving forward and taking action on
completing long overdue paperwork and organization. I am taking
responsibility for completing tasks. I feel relaxed and more of a sense of
positive control in my life. |
| Day 10 |
4
 |
The sweetness
of the hawthorne berries brings a smile to my face. I feel patient and open.
I easily extend that patience and compassion to other people around me. I
make yummy gluten free, fat free cherry bars (like fig newtons). I continue
to work on organizational projects from yesterday at a healthy pace. Later
in the day I take an afternoon walk in the woods at a nearby park with a
friend and breath in the green from the pine trees and fresh green leaves
all around. I notice the pink flowers from the wild geraniums and wild
roses. Instant renewal. |
| Day 11 |
4 |
More yummy
Hawthorne today. Reminds me of the first time that I consciously worked with
Hawthorne when I was in Psychic School in Portland, Oregon in 1988. I made a
bundle with some dried berries placing them into a burgundy velvet pouch
that I wore around my neck to help ease relationship angst. Hawthorne
supporting me again as I move with this time of my life establishing a new
relationship with my midlife menopausal self. Listening to what I need for
regeneration as it changes throughout my day. Thankful for the unconditional
love for myself and others that Hawthorne supports. |
| Day 12 |
4 |
When I had
time alone, instead of watching someone else's movie or tv, I decided to
work on my own. I loved myself enough to edit some short herbal educational
videos and post them on Youtube. |
| Day 13 |
5 |
When I was in a
chaotic situation surrounded by the noise of fireworks (and dynamite) and
lots of busy-ness, I was able to feel free in the midst of it by grounding
into Mother Earth and feeling my cosmic connection to Father sky. Breathing
deeply and feeling the joy of being a Spiritual Being in a human experience.
I feel deeply loved and supported. I am more open to receive nurturing from
those around me. |
| Day 14 |
5 |
I decided to
speak up about my feelings of anxiety about leaving my dog Sasha home alone
while I went and played. I noticed when I tried to suppress or dismiss
my feelings about worrying about my dog who usually is not alone for very
long, they persisted and amplified. I decided to share my concerns even if I
sounded like I was rambling, and once I shared them I felt better.
That was the beginning of a wonderful day of heart felt sharing with my
friend and you having my needs of honestly sharing thoughts and feelings as
they arise. This satisfied my needs of my authentic self to be heard. |
| Day 15 |
5 |
Gathered red
clover blossoms in my garden this morning and sang them a song. I notice I
am speaking more clearly and easily without judging how what I say will be
received. I feel positive and alive. |
| Day 16 |
6 |
The deep rich
taste of eyebright helps me to focus and align with the perfect class
offerings for the rest of the year. I trust that I will balance caring for
myself and caring for others. |
| Day 17 |
6 |
My day flowed
synchronistically. The more I relax in the flow of what I feel like doing,
the more natural connections happen. Sweet! |
| Day 18 |
6 |
Horses have
been visiting me in dreamtime and today is the perfect day to visit the
local horse rescue. I took time to ground and center myself before
interacting with the horses. I sent healing energy to one that I'll call
Freckles. She responded by coming closer and moving her neck and upper chest
closer to my body as if to say give me more. |
| Day 19 |
7 |
Lavender's deep
penetrating flavor reminds me to take the time to sink within to connect to
the Stillpoint within. A generous smile easily comes to my face within a few
seconds of when I settle into my meditation spot ready to express gratitude
and receive the humming of Divine connection. |
| Day 20 |
7 |
Today I am
drawn to the wild self heal blooming along the banks of the Selway river. I
can definitely feel an activation of my crown chakra and this deeper plant
connection. Before going to sleep at night as we camp along Selway Falls
Idaho, the Plant Devas and Nature Spirits let me know they are all around
me. |
| Day 21 |
7 |
I notice that I
feel more balanced after this 21 day chakra cleanse with the herbal elixirs.
I am more connected to my soul, life's purpose, and other people. I am
thankful that my Spirit Guides have worked with me for so many years so that
I can create herbal formulas that benefit myself and other people...and now
I am inspired to share with the horses at the local rescue shelter... |
